Go to travel.state.gov → U.S. Passports → Apply for a U.S. Passport. Under Passport Help, find information on required documents, child and adult applications, and passport fees.

Vital Records services are CASH ONLY. 

Passport application fees must be paid electronically by debit or credit card.
