Hi friend, it’s Dr. Annie Andrews.

There’s a lot of new eyes on this campaign, so I wanted to take a second to reintroduce myself.

I’m the Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in South Carolina. But that’s not it.

I’m also a mom of three who does school pick ups and watches Bluey before bed. I’m a pediatrician of twenty years. In other words, I’m not your typical politician.

In fact, this is the last thing I ever thought I’d be doing. But I knew someone had to step up for the people of South Carolina.

Our campaign is people-powered by grassroots donors like you, friend. I don't have a network of wealthy donors or billionaire friends. I don't have decades of political favors to call in.

What I do have is twenty years of sitting across from families in some of the scariest moments of their lives, listening to what they actually need, and trying to help.

That's the experience I'm bringing to this race. Not a perfect political resume. A real life, spent in service to the people in this state.
