vowed a U.S. response to yesterday's Iranian missile attacks, which targeted two U.S. bases in Jordan along with the United Arab Emirates.


The president confirmed that U.S. air defenses intercepted all but one of the missiles launched by the IRGC, and that the remaining missile was allowed to pass through after it was determined that it would not strike anything significant.

signed a historic $3.6 billion deal for the Israeli-developed Achilles' Shield multi-layered air defense system.


The Israeli Defense Ministry said the deal is the "largest defense export deal in the history of Israel-Greece relations, and one of the largest in the history of the State of Israel," which will include Israel's Spyder, a short- to medium-range mobile missile defense system, Barak MX, and David's Sling.


"This project marks another milestone in defense cooperation between Israel and Greece, a key strategic partner in the Eastern Mediterranean. Greece's choice of Israeli technology as the backbone of its most ambitious air defense buildup program in the past decade reflects the depth of trust built between the two countries," the ministry's statement added.
