To make sure the Board reviews your comments before action is taken at a Board meeting, please send comments *at least 24 hours before the meeting.*

 

If your comment is about an item on a specific Board meeting agenda, please include the agenda item in the email *subject line* and in your message. Comments about agenda items will be *attached to the meeting’s official minutes* and will be *posted on our website**.*

 

If you have questions or comments on topics *not related to a specific Board meeting agenda item, they *will be sent to the appropriate staff member and responded to as needed. Comments, questions, and responses not about an agenda topic will *not be included in the meeting minutes.*

The boardroom at the Olympia headquarters building (1025 Union Avenue, Olympia, WA 98504) will be open for in-person attendance. TVW, the state cable system, airs these meetings live online, and a link is provided below. Please note, the boardroom is staffed during meetings. Board members and agency presenters may appear virtually.
