John,

Today, we’re filing at the Supreme Court to defend our security.

When House Speaker Pelosi led the Left in Congress to file a lawsuit against the President’s constitutional and statutory authority to keep our nation safe, we filed a brief.

When radical left-wing groups filed lawsuits in California to hamper the President’s national security funding, we filed amicus briefs.

In fact, the Supreme Court agreed with the arguments we’ve been making temporarily blocking lower court rulings and allowing the President’s border security funding to proceed.

Now, that case is back before the Supreme Court. Our national security is at stake. We cannot allow Speaker Pelosi and the radical Left to stop the President from protecting America.

Because the President took action, the crisis at our southern border is being resolved. It’s receded from the headlines. But if the radical Left can have it struck down, the crisis will return worse than ever.

Today, as we file in this major national security case at the Supreme Court, we need you to take action with us.

Sign SCOTUS Brief: Stop the Left from Blocking Border Security.
