I’m very happy to share that the Third Attractor website has been completely rebuilt:

The new site was recreated by Vincent Drouot, who took the growing collection of almost sixty conversations and turned it into a much clearer and more inviting place to explore. A big thank you to Vincent for all the thought, creativity and work he put into this.

After almost sixty conversations, the site had become much more than a place to simply collect videos. We wanted to make it easier to explore the conversations, understand what each guest brings to the inquiry, and begin to see what is emerging across all of them.

Every conversation now has a short introduction that gives you a sense of what we actually talked about. The videos can also be watched directly on the website, so you can read a little, become curious, and simply press play.

But the part I’m personally most excited about is the new Analysis section:

Over the course of these conversations, certain themes and questions have kept returning. Where do we actually agree? Where are the real differences? And what might we learn if we look at all these conversations together rather than one at a time?

This is, of course, a task almost impossible for one person to do. So I used AI to read all sixty transcripts and look at them through fifteen clear and contestable claims. For each claim, it analysed whether a guest broadly agrees, disagrees, or takes the question somewhere else.

The result is more than 1,200 individual assessments.

I shaped the questions and claims and reviewed the results, but the actual reading and comparison was done by AI. So please don’t take this as some kind of final truth. It is an experiment, and I think quite an interesting one.

What emerges is not a consensus, but a map of where these very different thinkers seem to meet and where they clearly don’t.

Some things have remarkable agreement. For example, uncertainty seems to be something we need to learn to live and act with, rather than a problem we first have to solve.

Other questions reveal real differences. Does inner development need to come before structural change, or can structural change itself create new forms of consciousness? Can our existing institutions still be transformed quickly enough? Do we need to metabolise our grief before we can build something new, or does the building itself help us do that?

For every claim, you can see who agrees, who disagrees, and where the deeper differences lie.

I would really love you to explore it and tell me what you think. And particularly, if you have been one of my conversation partners and feel that the analysis misrepresents what you said, please tell me. Corrections are very welcome.

And as always, if you find a conversation, an idea, or one of these claims interesting, please share it with someone who might enjoy engaging with it, including someone who might strongly disagree.

This whole project is, after all, an ongoing inquiry into what a Third Attractor could actually be.
