On Monday, the Supreme Court voted 6‑3 to lift the injunction that had been blocking Donald’s executive order attacking mail‑in voting.
Donald’s executive order directs the federal government to build a “state citizenship list” and mail ballots only to the people on it.
It directs the Justice Department to prosecute the local officials who issue a ballot to anyone the Regime decides shouldn’t have one.
In short, it is a total overstep by the executive branch into free and fair elections.
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, in her dissent, wrote that the decision “needlessly injects chaos and uncertainty into the upcoming midterm elections.” She’s right – except I think the chaos is exactly what they were going for.
Donald has spent years making false claims of widespread voter fraud in American elections, including the Big Lie that he won the 2020 election.
Donald votes by mail himself, yet he has called it cheating for years, which tells you he doesn’t have a position on mail‑in ballots at all — he has a position on outcomes he can’t control. A man who believes he’s going to win doesn’t need to rig the process in his favor.
