Grief can be difficult to talk about. For survivors of suicide loss, grief often involves complex emotions like shock, anger, and guilt, which can make talking about it even more difficult. This National Grief Awareness Day, we want to remind you that you are not alone. There is power in talking openly about your loss, and in supporting others who are grieving. On November 21, thousands of suicide loss survivors will gather for [International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day]([link removed]).Also known as Survivor Day, this moment brings together loss survivors through hundreds of in-person events around the world.
