The words from Proverbs 3:5-6 have always spoken to me. 

Why?

Because the path ahead hasn't always been obvious, but the Lord has blessed me every step of the way.

This is Senator Jon Husted—the conservative running in the critical special election to fill J.D. Vance's seat in the U.S. Senate.

I grew up in a foster home before my two wonderful parents chose to adopt me into their family. 

They raised me to value faith, family, and hard work.

I became an All-American at the University of Dayton, where we won the DIII National Championship in 1989. 

I thought I'd become a college football coach, but God had other plans. 

I was offered the chance to work on a local political campaign, and I got hooked on public service.

When I had the honor of being selected to replace our Vice President,  J.D. Vance, as the next Senator from Ohio, I proudly accepted the call to serve.

The Democrats have made my race one of their top targets and are attacking me for supporting President Trump's agenda. 

I won't sugarcoat it. Chuck Schumer & the Dems have MILLIONS to try to crush me.

So, I'm asking my friends for a little help. Can you help us win the most important Senate race in the country? Even a little will go a long way.
