John, I have some big news:

Today, on Labor Day, I'm proud to accept the endorsement of the Missouri AFL-CIO. Will you join them in supporting my campaign for Congress?

As Jake Hummel, the President of the Missouri AFL-CIO, said, "Cori Bush is part of labor because at heart she is an organizer. In Congress she will fight for the dignity of workers and the security of our families. The Missouri AFL-CIO is proud to endorse her."

I've lived paycheck to paycheck. I know what it's like. So, in Congress, I will fight to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour. I will fight for a universal basic income. And I will fight to strengthen our unions, first by passing the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act.

I'm glad to stand with the Missouri AFL-CIO in this fight, and I'm grateful that they're standing with me. If you stand with me as well, will you chip in to my campaign today?

In solidarity,
