The first is written into federal law.
In May of 2024, Congress banned Russian uranium imports. Not a tariff. A ban, in Public Law 118-62, with a countdown attached.
American reactors were allowed 476,536 kilograms in 2024. Then 470,376. Then 464,183. Then 459,083 in 2027.
The number for 2028 is zero.
The waivers terminate by statute on January 1.
Nobody has to be right about a forecast. It is a date with a legal consequence, and every utility in the country is already planning around it.
The second date is November 4.
That is the company's next quarterly announcement. The first full report since the contract that doubled its revenue.
After that number is public, the screens find it.
One thing matters more than either date. The recommendation carries a published buy-up-to price. Above it, you don't buy.
