We celebrate Labor Day to honor our American labor movement and
the hundreds of thousands of teachers, nurses, firefighters,
grocery clerks, and so many more who are working tirelessly to
help our nation weather the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thank you to all American workers.
Labor Day isn't just a holiday -- it is a call to action to
expand the American middle class and protect our workforce.
Today, I ask you to stand in solidarity with me and the millions
of Americans facing record-high levels of unemployment to demand
Congress provide immediate relief for working families.

Tens of millions of unemployed workers are struggling to pay the
rent and put food on the table -- and they're facing their first
month of bills since the $600 weekly federal pandemic
unemployment compensation expired at the end of July.
These families cannot afford to wait for partisan battles to be
fought in Washington. They can't wait for Democrats to take back
the White House or the Senate. They need action now.
This Labor Day, I ask you to stand with me and demand Congress
pass an immediate relief package for American families. Add your

hardworking families. We need to hold our Democratic
Congressional majority now more than ever. The leadership of
Democrats like Mark will be critical to holding Trump accountable
and ensuring the healing of our country during this challenging
time. Please help us keep Mark in Congress fighting for our
Democratic values by contributing today!
