Happy Labor Day!

Today we celebrate the great advancements the American Labor Movement has made, which have provided our nation's workforce with many labor policies that ensure workers' rights such as reasonable wages, safe working conditions, and other employee benefits.

Although we are still fighting to improve on many of these protections today, workers and labor unions have made so many accomplishments for employees across the country. And during this pandemic, it's even more important that workers have protections on things such as paid leave, safe working conditions, and healthcare coverage.

America has a strong work ethic. And everyone who has contributed to the workforce and helped this country thrive should be proud and grateful as we observe Labor Day.
