While Labor Day parades are cancelled this year due to COVID-19, that doesn’t mean we can’t say thank you to Michigan’s incredible workers.
Michigan has the best workforce in the world. That’s never been more clear than it is right now with so many risking their lives to keep Michigan communities safe from COVID-19.
Can you join me in saying thank you to Michigan's front line workers?
These workers deserve our gratitude. And I’m grateful to organized labor for being there to keep them safe.
Whether it's fighting for better work environments or making sure everyone has access to PPE, unions are doing their part to protect workers during this trying time, just like they've always done.
Michigan was built on the backs of every man and woman who wakes up and goes to work, and I'm proud to work for them in the U.S. senate.
