The COVID-19 pandemic has made the importance of working people — who we know have always been essential — even clearer.

While we celebrate with our loved ones, we ask you to remember those unable to celebrate today because they don't have the day off, took an extra shift to provide for their families or are no longer with us. We owe it to those without a voice — or rather, those whose voice has been stripped from them by decades of anti-worker animus in the halls of power — to ensure all working people are treated with dignity and respect.
