It’s Juliana — and I need to be completely transparent with you right now.

In less than 4 days, our campaign is going to hit our critical August end-of-month fundraising deadline. This is one of our final fundraising deadlines before the election, and right now, we’re pacing behind our goals.

It’s not the update I hoped to share with you today, but I believe in being honest with the people powering this campaign. Because the truth is: if we don’t catch up, we’ll be forced to scale back our advertising plans. And with our MAGA opponent attacking me left and right, it could be a decision that could cost us this race.

You’ve probably heard me say this before — but it bears repeating: our campaign isn't run like most. We’re not funded by corporate PACs or special interests. But what we do have is you — and a movement built on $3, $25, or whatever folks can spare.

Every single donation helps us reach voters across Illinois, run ads, hire organizers, and stay competitive in our fight to defend Illinois families and flip the Senate blue.

But the truth is: I can’t catch up to our fundraising goal by August 31st without your help.

So I have to ask — and I wouldn’t if it weren’t important:
