James, I want to share my vision for Wisconsin, but first, can I ask you to take 10 seconds to personally endorse my campaign for Governor?

This email is a bit on the longer side, but let's start somewhere personal: home.

Growing up, I called Milwaukee home. I still do today. But back then, my family faced food insecurity and the threat of eviction repeatedly. Our family, and families like ours, were left hung out to dry. It became clear then that the system wasn't built to support people like me. 

That's why I chose to go into public service, and that's why I’ve spent my entire career putting Wisconsin families first. It’s why I’m running for governor now.

My Badger Basics plan has one goal: improving life for working Wisconsinites.

• For families stretched thin, I'll bring universal early childhood education to Wisconsin, restore collective bargaining rights by repealing Act 10, and protect working people.
• For our kids, I'll close the special education funding gap and ensure every child has a launchpad to success.
• For our health, I'll open BadgerCare as a public option for every Wisconsin family. And I'll always defend a woman's right to choose — continuing the same fight and same promise I made as a State Representative who helped write abortion into Wisconsin law.
• For our democracy, I'll stand up to Trump and election deniers like my opponent from day one and make sure that Wisconsin is protected from reckless MAGA policies.

Wisconsinites deserve an experienced leader who delivers for every zip code in our state.

This and so much more are only possible if we win in November. And we'll only get there through a large grassroots coalition of supporters like you.
