Nottingham City Educational Psychology Service is a dynamic, forward thinking service which delivers high quality psychology to support settings and CYP in our city. Due to the success of our traded model and commissioning of project work, we are expanding our service and looking to recruit additional Educational Psychologists.

We are a passionate team of EPs who take pride in what we do and care deeply about the children and young people in Nottingham City. We use our psychological knowledge, training and skills to promote the best outcomes for all.

The majority of schools in the city purchase time from our highly valued service. Our model of service delivery enables us to engage in a great deal of systemic and preventative work in schools.We are fortunate to have fantastic opportunities to work with schools to employ an effective graduated response through city-wide initiatives such as our successful 'Routes to Inclusion (R2i)' project as well as ongoing training offerings such as the Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) training. Our EPs value the wide ranging opportunities to work on and lead on these and other projects and initiatives.

As a team, we are committed to supporting citizens, schools and settings. Psychology is at the heart of all we do and we believe that psychology can enable positive change. We are focused on working towards thre inclusion and using our skills to bring people and ideas together.

Our psychologists are reflective practitioners who use creative problem solving to improve the lives of children and young people in Nottingham. We are a warm and friendly team who value the contribution of all EPs in shaping the service.

*Strengths of the* *Service:*
1. We operate a consultation model of service delivery with a clear emphasis of creative problem solving. However, EPs are also given the freedom to negotiate their use of psychology to best suit the context.
2. We use psychology in creative and dynamic ways. We employ a range of psychological processes in our work such as PATHs/MAPs, Circle of Adults,Dynamic Assessment and more.
3.EPs are encouraged to develop areas of interest that are relevant to the service and contribute to the development of the service.
4. We have supportive systems in place for CPD, including delivery through team meetings.
5. Our supervision structure includes regular 1:1 supervision and peer supervision.

*The project role:*
The focus of this role is to ensure that the partners in the ERDF funded Invest in D2N2 project, comply with ERDF and Nottingham City Council regulations, for example publicity, procurement and financial regulations. Invest in D2N2 is a 5M+ project, supporting new businesses to establish trading bases in the D2N2 area.

Currently the role is home based, but contractually it is based in Loxley House on Station St in Nottingham, withoccasional travel for meetings or to support eventsacross the D2N2 region.

Day to day work includes liaising with partners, ensuring records are accurate, and entering records to build the quarterly claim to MHCLG. *
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* Experience of financial and administrationmanagement of large (2M+) multi partner funded projects, including the aggregation and submission of financial and output evidence, budget preparation, and financial forecasting
* Accuracy and attention to detail in order to manage risk and prevent financial and reputational damage
* The ability to develop and manage complex sets of data whilst hitting tight deadlines
* Stakeholder and partnership management skills within the public sector or similar environment

Nottingham City Council are looking to appoint Childrens Residential social Care Workers at Crocus Fields short breaks unit for children and young people with disabilities. Crocus Fields offers care to young people who have severe learning disabilities and physical disabilities, many of whom are on the autistic spectrum and who may exhibit significant challenges in management of their behaviour.

*The role requires an ability to:
* To give essential and personal care to children and young people with autism and learning or physical disabilities. To establish positive relationships with the young people, assessing needs and risk. Working jointly in preparation, implementation, delivery and revision of care plans. To ensure that the physical, emotional, religious, educational and psychological needs of children and young people are met. To support young people to access activities in and out of the unit. To support young people with their medical and all round health needs. This includes administration of medication.
