The Third Circuit panel refused to dismiss the Trump administration's case against me.

This is disappointing and I want to be clear: This is not over. I believe the court got it wrong here and we are looking at all possible next steps. The administration will not stop me from doing my job or standing for what is right, but I need you now more than ever, John. Will you help me fight these charges by splitting a contribution between my campaign and the PCCC right now?

To protect the people, their elected representatives must be able to conduct oversight of the executive branch without fear of retaliation.

The court's decision today chills that authority and emboldens the Trump administration to keep going after our most vulnerable communities, those who try to defend them, and anyone who dares hold the president or his lackeys accountable.

But the people need accountability from this administration. We have seen how ICE has terrorized our neighborhoods, we have seen what Trump's agenda means in our communities. We can't let them operate behind closed doors, in the dark, out of sight.

Trump's DOJ has spent over a year trying to drain me of my resources, isolate me, and silence anyone who dares to hold them accountable. They want to put me in prison for 17 years for standing up and doing my job conducting oversight of ICE and DHS.

We cannot let them win.
