Team,

With the recent push to reopen the country and many Americans returning to work, the president has proposed a "liability shield" that relieves companies of any responsibility to create a safe, working environment that would accommodate the still-active spread of COVID-19.

Trump's liability shield effectively allows businesses to expose the public and their employees to the coronavirus without any repercussions. And Pete Stauber is in favor of it.

What it comes down to is making sure that businesses put health and safety before profit. And the support of this liability shield makes it clear where Trump and Stauber's priorities are.

As a small business owner herself, Quinn has been a long-time advocate for workers' rights — from paid sick leave to expanded health coverage to supporting unions. Unlike her opponent, Quinn will always put the rights and welfare of employees and the health of the public above the bottom line.

And now, she's standing with America's workers against Trump's liability shield to make sure employees are fully protected against poor working conditions and the health risks of COVID-19.

Pitch in now to help Quinn keep fighting for the welfare of workers and for employee rights >>
