| John – Six weeks ago, Governor Henry McMaster appointed me to the United States Senate. Since then, I've gone to work, serving the people of South Carolina, from being the lead sponsor on the Russian Sanctions bill, to casting the deciding vote to confirm President Trump's Attorney General, Todd Blanche. If we got this much done in just six weeks, imagine what we can accomplish together in six years! Today is it – the runoff Election is finally here. I cannot do this without you. I need your help, John. I'm not a politician. I never expected to be running for office, and I never wanted to. I'm doing this because I'm answering President Trump's call to serve, and because I believe South Carolina deserves a fighter in the Senate. Like Lindsey, I grew up in the back of a bar and liquor store, in one room. My parents worked every single day to make ends meet. There was no time for sickness and few vacations, because if the doors weren't open, no money was coming in. That's the kind of work ethic I've carried my whole life, from running a state agency with 130 employees and a $90 million budget to turning it into a national model for helping people find work and live independently. I'm a mother, a grandmother, and a wife. And today, I'm asking you to help me win and finish this so we can look to November. Here's what I need from you right now, in the final hours before the polls close: If you live in South Carolina, make sure you vote today, and don't stop there. Call your friends, your family, your neighbors, your coworkers. Make sure they have a plan to get to the polls before midnight. Every vote we don't turn out tonight is a vote we can't get back. Next, please rush an emergency Runoff Election contribution to fuel our GOTV program. Every dollar raised today will help us build the momentum we need not only to win today but also to win in November. Winning tonight is only the first step. After this Runoff Election, we still have a long road ahead to the General Election, and this fight doesn't end when the polls close. I will need you again. But it starts with tonight.
