I’m a working mom, an Army veteran, and the Democratic nominee in Texas’ 10th Congressional District.
There’s no incumbent in this race. It’s an open seat. That hasn’t happened here in over 20 years.
Voters aren’t defaulting to the same name on the ballot. They’re deciding who they trust to represent them.
There are neighborhoods in Central Texas where people have never had a Democrat knock on their door. Never had a conversation about what we stand for. Never received a piece of mail that speaks directly to them.
