Folks, this is a slap in the face to our team and our democracy:

Yesterday, Carlos Giménez rejected the Miami Heat’s plan to turn the American
Airlines Arena into a polling location -- something that teams around the NBA
have embraced with open arms.

Carlos Giménez is abandoning our values and attacking our democracy.

The NBA is using its platform to bring excitement, accessibility and trust to
voters by offering their venues as voting locations. The Heat stepped up. But
Carlos Giménez is trying to make them sit back down.

It’s clear now more than ever that my opponent can’t be trusted when it comes
to doing what’s best for the people of South Florida and our democracy.Will you
