We just learned Sabato's Crystal Ball has shifted our race for Washington's 8th district in the Republicans' favor from "Likely Democratic" to "Lean Democratic." Kim is now only slightly favored to hold her seat, and we know Republicans are going to double down on their efforts to defeat her.
