It's Sunday evening, so let me close out the weekend the honest way, by telling you what I actually believe.

I believe we win this.

Not because it will be easy. Julie Fedorchak has a million-dollar war chest and every advantage the establishment can hand her. I believe it because I have spent this summer on the road in every corner of this state, and I can feel something shifting.

I feel it when a farmer tells me he is done being taken for granted. When a nurse tells me she cannot keep up with the cost of everything. When someone who has not voted in years tells me that this time feels different.

All over this country, in the reddest places on the map, people are reaching the same breaking point and choosing change. North Dakota is not the exception. We are just the seat nobody has bothered to watch yet.

Every dollar we raise between now and November is a dollar that lets us reach one more person who is ready to hear there is a real choice on the ballot.
