Elon Musk is jumping back into our elections — and he’s bringing his $900
billion checkbook with him.
He's reviving America PAC, the super PAC that spent more than $260 million
to put Trump back in office in 2024.
But this time, Elon is planning to spend $100 million across the country
to shape the outcome of the November midterms. Paid canvassers knocking
doors, flashy digital ad spending, direct mail piling up on kitchen
counters — they're pulling out all the stops to protect Republican control
of Congress and make sure billionaires like Musk and corporations keep
calling the shots.

Make no mistake: this is a direct threat to our democracy.
One man shouldn't be able to pour unlimited money into politics and buy
our elections — especially not when control of Congress hangs in the
balance this November.
This is just the latest example of a rigged system, and why we need to
overturn Citizens United.
Our government belongs to the people, not whoever has the most zeros in
their checkbook.
My entire career I’ve fought to get big money out of our politics. Since
my very first election I've refused corporate PAC money. And I’ve made my
constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United a top priority.
Elon and his allies aren’t going to let up, but neither am I. That’s why I
need you standing with me in this fight — to help build the momentum we
need to win. The momentum we need to save our democracy.
