Hi John,
Earlier this week, we told you about PA Republican leadership’s plan to undermine mail-in voting by banning ballot drop-boxes and satellite voting offices. Sadly, House Republicans pushed through passage of this bill on Tuesday and Senate Republicans seem poised to do the same.

With the continued threat of sabotage to the USPS, these expanded options for returning mail-in ballots will be all the more important to ensuring that every vote is counted this November.

Our campaign is working hard to counteract these threats to mail-in voting: making calls [[link removed]] , texting, and sending mail to households across our district informing them of their options for voting. Your support today will be critical to ensuring these efforts are fully funded! [[link removed]]

House GOP leaders are effectively holding hostage urgently-needed reforms--related to streamlined mail ballot processing and poll worker coverage--with these poison pill additions. Whether we get a bad bill or no bill at all, Republican leadership has made it clear that they’re willing to risk their own constituents’ votes not being counted.

Please chip in $35, $50, or $75 today to help us fight back locally. [[link removed]]

In Solidarity,

Melissa
