Donald Trump campaigned in Minnesota in August. He only lost Minnesota in 2016 by 1.5 points and has made it a “personal challenge” to win it in 2020.

Minnesota is a must-win state for Democrats. We need to win here in order to secure the White House and take back the Senate. But Republicans are dumping millions into our state. And their investment is paying off -- a new poll shows Senator Tina Smith and her opponent statistically tied in Minnesota.

If Donald Trump wins Minnesota, he will most likely secure a second term. That’s why he will do and spend whatever it takes to flip Minnesota red, which could spell bad news for my friend Tina Smith who is up for re-election this year.

Tina can beat her hand-picked opponent and we can take back the Senate. But we need your help to do it.
