Friend,

I'm a small business owner who has seen my neighbors struggle while our Congressman has shut out our voices and voted against working Americans time and time again.

I'm fed up, and I'm fighting for a return to responsible representation.

As we unite to honor the workers and labor movements that have built our country, we must review the damage Congressman Andy Biggs has done to our working families.

While he threatens our economic security by weakening Medicare and Social Security, I will fight to preserve these important safety nets and also strengthen them. Social Security is our money, and I will make sure it isn't lost.

While Biggs has voted repeatedly against emergency aid during this pandemic, turning a blind eye to the unemployed workers and small business owners struggling to get by, I am committed to building an economy where everyone thrives not just the top 1%.

I will invest in critical infrastructure and education to move us forward. I will always support and protect our workers, and I am proud to be endorsed by labor unions -- including the Teamsters and AFSCME.

I promise to be a voice for all of us, and with your help, we will stop Andy Biggs and his self-serving and elitist agenda. Will you stand with us in this fight and chip in what you can today?

In this time of crisis, we've seen our frontline workers show the spirit of our country. Unity and love for our neighbors. We cannot forget what we stand for and let divisive elected leaders continue to shift the dialogue.

We can and will stand together again for what unites us.

Wishing you and yours a safe and healthy Labor Day.

- Joan Greene
