In exactly 28 days, absentee ballots start going out across Idaho's First District. Here is how we fuel the final stretch. [link removed] [[link removed]]
Hey John,
I want to be direct with you about where this race stands.
Today is August 21st. In exactly 28 days, on September 18th, the first absentee ballots of this election will go in the mail across Idaho’s First District.
This is no longer a distant date on a calendar. The election is officially here.
What we do over the next four weeks will determine whether we build a government that actually works for everyday people, or let corporate-backed career politicians keep calling the shots.
Flipping a district this size takes real showing up. There are no shortcuts. Over the last few years, I have put 110,000 miles on my car driving across this 500-mile (top to bottom) district. I have sat at kitchen tables and hosted town halls in rural communities that traditional campaigns completely write off.
We have built the strongest grassroots movement Idaho has seen in decades. But with ballots dropping next month, we are running out of time to reach the undecided voters who will decide this election.
Our campaign operates on a simple principle: we do not accept a single penny of corporate PAC, super PAC, or dark money.
I do not answer to out-of-state billionaires or D.C. lobbyists. I answer to you. Operating this way means we do not have a corporate war chest to fall back on. Our ads, our voter lists, and our mailers are funded entirely by small-dollar contributions from working families who are tired of being ignored.
We need to scale up our voter outreach immediately to make sure every independent and moderate voter hears our message before they fill out their ballots.
With 28 days left, will you help fuel the final stretch of this campaign?
Chip in $15 to cover a few more yard signs in our district → [[link removed]]
Chip in $35 to print more literature to leave with voters at their door → [[link removed]]
Chip in $100 to help me launch our targeted digital outreach ads → [[link removed]]
Or contribute what you can to put working-class Idahoans first → [[link removed]]
We did not get this far by taking the easy path. We built this momentum one mile and one community at a time. Let's finish the job.
Thank you for standing with me,
