Dear Friend,

Democratic Socialists of America and Bernie Sanders are fighting for a radical agenda and building a movement for a government, economy, and society that work for everyone, not just the billionaires.

That is why we are holding a massive launch for our DSA for Bernie campaign next weekend! <[link removed]>

This Friday <[link removed]>, Saturday <[link removed]>, and Sunday <[link removed]> we will have HUGE events to get the word out about Bernie, Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, the Workplace Democracy Plan, and a democratic socialist vision for the future.

On this launch weekend, DSA is planning to have major events for Bernie in over 100 cities across the country. Nationally, DSA has 60,000 members and chapters in all 50 states, and East Bay DSA is part of a rapidly growing movement for democratic socialism.

You can follow DSA’s national campaign for Bernie at bernie.dsausa.org. <[link removed]>

Bernie Sanders could be the first socialist president in U.S. history — but he can’t win any of his inspiring policies without a massive movement of and for the diverse working class of this country, organizing from below to transform American politics.

That's why we need your help to build this movement!

Come to at least one of the events this launch weekend, September 7–9. <[link removed]>

If you’re a student in high school or college, you can organize a Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA) event for Bernie. Students who want to form YDSA chapters can sign up for the fall YDSA recruitment drive here. <[link removed]>

If you’re a union member and you want your union to support Bernie Sanders, sign the Labor for Bernie pledge <[link removed]> and come to the Bay Area Labor For Bernie meeting on Sunday, September 8th. <[link removed]>
