Here’s the deal: After the FBI raided the Fulton County Election Hub to seize ballots back in January, the DNC’s legal team used the Freedom of Information Act to demand information from the Justice Department on any plans to seize ballots in the midterm elections.

Their answer? Silence. So we’re taking them to court to demand a response.

This is our chance to sound the alarm and get information for the American people. If DOJ and the FBI try to get a warrant to seize ballots, they’ll be trying to silence your voice before your vote is counted and to undermine the certification of the election.

If the DOJ goes to a magistrate judge to ask for a warrant to seize ballots, we won’t have a chance to respond before the warrant is signed and the raid begins.

That’s why our legal team, and the public, need answers now.

But taking the federal government to court takes serious resources. Which is why I’m asking:

Will you chip in to the DNC today to help power our fight? We’re taking on the President in the courts, on the ground, and at the ballot box this November, and we need all hands on deck if we’re going to win those fights.
