Dear Patriot,

I’m getting worried.

In late July I mailed you a letter outlining some of Campaign for Liberty’s plans for the rest of 2026 and explaining how our income has dramatically decreased this summer.

This isn’t an easy letter for me to write you, especially during these turbulent times.

We’ve certainly had our hands full at Campaign for Liberty through 2026 so far.

But quite frankly, I’m worried.

With all of the battles we are facing, including our prolonged fight to end warrantless surveillance of Americans under FISA Section 702, money is extremely tight.

For the first time since 2008, Section 702 has been allowed to expire. Thanks to you and patriots like you, House and Senate leadership have not found the votes for renewal . . . so far.

But the statists won’t go quietly into the night. They’ll be back. And it will be soon.

But without your action today, I’m afraid we won’t be able to see this battle through, let alone all of the other issues we are facing.

You and I are staring down a Total Surveillance State.

Cameras are everywhere you look, stalking your every move and sending your private data to Big Brother. . .

Dystopian technology that will act as your judge, jury, and executioner will soon be mandatory in your vehicle. . .

Currency that can be erased from your account with one key stroke is closer to reality than most people know. . .

We’re on the cusp of a Digital ID containing your most intimate identifiers before you can access your bank account, public services, a job, or life in general. . .

Then there’s the globalist move to end national sovereignty over our defense and surveillance technology. . .

All of these things -- and more -- are on the near horizon right now in America.

Considering the gravity of these times, I believe all of us who believe in liberty, limited government, and our constitutional freedoms have a duty to fight back.

But honestly, our situation has never been more dire.

And this could not have happened at a worse time.

When I wrote to you in July, we knew we had limited time to come up with $73,910 -- or be forced to severely curtail all of Campaign for Liberty’s legislative programs.
So far, we’ve scratched the surface of that number, but I fear many supporters didn’t receive the letter to begin with.

I’m sure there’s nothing the Deep State and Big Government politicians in BOTH parties would love to see more than Campaign for Liberty going away with a whimper.

Right now, you and I are on the verge of totally destroying the Deep State’s ability to spy on us without a warrant under FISA Section 702.

Over the past months, we’ve witnessed the perfect storm.

In the U.S. Senate, nothing can pass without some help from the minority party.

While there IS bipartisan opposition to warrantless spying in the Senate, most Democrats -- and even some Republicans -- refused to renew Section 702 because they didn’t like a Trump appointee.

That appointee has now been confirmed, renewing the threat for reauthorization when Congress returns from recess.
The pressure from patriots like you on our representatives has been so intense, even some Surveillance State lackeys were forced to vote no on the last attempt at renewal.

If the statists can’t get warrantless 702 renewal through the House, they lose the entire battle!

And make no mistake -- it is because of YOU and patriots like you that FISA Section 702 went down in flames in the U.S. House.

But as I said earlier, it will be back. Soon.

And I’m afraid unless you help right now, Campaign for Liberty may not be able to finish THIS fight let alone countless others on the horizon, including:

The 2027 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is coming at us like a runaway freight train.

This year’s NDAA contains a very dangerous provision (Section 219) that would integrate the Israeli Military Industrial Complex with our own -- fusing technology, production, intelligence sharing, and more.

Section 219 would hand the keys to the Pentagon -- and our intelligence community -- to a foreign country that is not accountable in any way to American citizens.

A Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) which is closer to becoming reality than many people think. The Swamp is desperately planning for a replacement to the dollar when the current system collapses.

The globalist plan is to FORCE you and me onto a digital currency so your spending and saving habits can be closely watched . . . and even programmed and controlled.

The Vehicle Kill Switch MUST be repealed before it goes into effect, possibly by the end of this year.

Big Brother is already monitoring drivers nationwide using a vast network of hidden cameras and predictive “intelligence” programs. . .

Soon, all new vehicles will be required to include technology that will continuously monitor drivers through cameras, sensors, software, and biometric tracking tools.

And it includes a KILL SWITCH that can shut down your vehicle and leave you vulnerable on the side of the road!

Nanny State Digital ID legislation has been introduced, buried in several new bills that pretend to be protecting minors from online content.

In reality, it will ultimately force you and me to hand over and expose our most intimate identifiers before accessing bank accounts, public services, jobs, or life in general. . .

The globalists’ plan for a Digital ID was meant to be in place by now, but patriots like you slowed them down. So now they are disguising it in bills “to protect the children.”

ALL of these issues – and more – are coming at us right now, and at the worst possible time.

The summer season is a historically lean time at Campaign for Liberty, and it certainly is this year. I am sure you can understand why it’s so urgent we raise the funds we’ll need to finance these critical battles.

In July, our fundraising was down a whopping 36% from last year. And August is not much better right now as we are down 34% from last August.

Your Campaign for Liberty is quite literally run on a shoestring budget. We do everything we can to carefully spend every red cent making the biggest difference.

But that means when contributions start to run dry, as they have in the past several months, we feel it. Big time.

We’ve already had to make some pretty substantial cuts . . . more may be on the near horizon.

So please don’t file this email away and think someone else will carry the load. Will you please act ([link removed])?

Campaign for Liberty supporters have never let me down before. And we’ve made so much progress together.

And I still believe we have so much more we can achieve in the future -- together. But defeating the Swamp and restoring liberty in America can’t happen without paying the bills.

If I can’t raise the $73,910, I will not put Campaign for Liberty in debt -- even though I believe we’ll be back on firm financial footing very soon.I pledged never to do so, I am not going to start now.

The truth is, Campaign for Liberty is not my organization. It’s yours.

Patriot, it belongs to the tens of thousands of grassroots patriots all over the country who helped take the Liberty Movement from nothing to a major force in modern American politics.

None of what we’ve fought for and accomplished could have been possible without you.So I’m writing to ask you to reinvest in what you helped start with a generous contribution of $1,000 or at least $750 today ([link removed]).
