Late last week, our Chairman Robert F. Kennedy Jr., General Counsel Mary Hollard and Rick Jaffe, a highly regarded national health care attorney, filed an injunction lawsuit against the University of California’s recent flu mandate for the entire 510,000 member UC community.

The stated reason for the flu mandate is to free up hospital beds in case there is a bad flu season, and in case there is a bad COVID-19 second wave, and in case there is a future shortage of hospital beds. As we say in the Complaint, “that is a large number of ‘ifs’ for which to sacrifice the personal freedom and bodily integrity rights” of all these people.

No court in the history of this country has ever approved such a broad adult vaccine mandate for such a collateral, speculative purpose. We are hopeful that the court hearing this case will strike down UC’s order.

While our nation was busy spending a considerable amount of time discussing racial inequalities (as we should) or wondering whether or not public schools and colleges were going to open or start on-line, or debating the upcoming national political conventions, our federal government, specifically, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued his third amendment to the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP). The Act was first put into place this year by a declaration from the Secretary of HHS on March 10, 2020.

The third amendment on August 24th allows pharmacists to administer vaccines to children ages three to 18. Many states had previously established restrictions on who could administer childhood vaccinations.

On August 26, CHD wrote a letter to Jerry Menikoff, Director of the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Human Research Protection (OHRP), asking for an investigation into serious safety concerns with the COVID-19 vaccine being developed by Moderna.

Moderna’s version of the vaccine, championed by Dr. Anthony Fauci and funded with $500 million in taxpayer dollars through Dr. Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, contains polyethylene glycol (PEG), a molecule to which approximately 72% of the American population have antibodies and 8% have highly elevated levels of antibodies. 

People who have pre-existing PEG antibodies could experience life-threatening anaphylaxis if injected with PEG-containing substances such as the Moderna COVID vaccine. Additionally, antibodies to PEG can both decrease the effectiveness of the vaccine and increase the risk of side effects.

A year ago, news outlets briefly shone a light on the fact (a fact that makes public health officials squirm) that oral polio vaccines are causing polio outbreaks. With reports streaming in throughout 2019 regarding the circulation of vaccine-derived polioviruses in numerous African and Asian countries, a CDC virologist confessed, “We have now created more new emergences of the virus than we have stopped.”

This week, the same story is making the same headlines, with the WHO’s shamefaced announcement that the oral polio vaccine is responsible for an alarming polio outbreak in Sudan—“linked to an ongoing vaccine-sparked epidemic in Chad”—with parallel outbreaks in a dozen other African countries.

While African epidemiologists cheerily claim that these outbreaks can “be brought under control with further immunization,” and Sudan prepares to launch a mass polio vaccination campaign, WHO is warning that “the risk of further spread of the vaccine-derived polio across central Africa and the Horn of Africa” is high.

The censorship by Tech giants of any content that isn’t in line with what that industry and others want published is continuing at unprecedented and alarming rates. On September 2, with no notice or reasons provided, GreenMedInfo’s accounts on both Instagram and LinkedIn were terminated. GreenMedInfo, which had 90,000 followers on Instagram, is known for providing relevant health-related content that calls into question information put forth by government health agencies and the pharmaceutical industry among others.

Congressman Adam Schiff kicked off the social media censorship campaign in February of 2019 with letters to the CEOs of Google, Facebook and Amazon asking them to censor “vaccine misinformation”, a euphemism for any statement that departs from official declarations by Pharma and its captured regulatory officials. Each of these Silicon Valley tyrants has partnered in deals with vaccine makers.

Last month, Children’s Health Defense filed a lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook, and three “fact checking” companies for colluding with government in labeling factual CHD content as “false” and limiting the reach of the organization on the platform.

Knowing the headline and content to be untrue, the following letter was sent on behalf of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. by P. Kent Correll of the Correll Law Group to Barbara Morrill, the Managing Editor of Daily Kos urging her in the strongest possible terms to take down this false, defamatory article immediately and to issue an appropriate apology to Mr. Kennedy.
