With over 6 million cases and counting, communities across the US are struggling to combat the COVID-19 virus.

That’s why Congresswoman Elaine Luria cosponsored the bipartisan National Public Health Corps Act, which would create a new branch of national service to mobilize those who want to serve on the frontlines of the pandemic response.

'As someone who answered the call to serve my country for 20 years in the Navy, I'm proud to join the effort to promote public service to combat the spread of COVID-19.' -- Elaine Luria

By using national service structures that are already in place, this bill would provide for the deployment of personnel across the country to assist with vital public health services, such as testing and contact tracing.

Before this bill comes up for a vote in the House, we need to know: Do you support the creation of a National Public Health Corps?
