The VA home loan helps veterans and their families buy a home. Yet 

fewer than 15% of eligible veterans use this benefit. That’s because the VA home loan program doesn’t provide the same support available for other VA benefits. That means our veterans are too often left on their own to navigate confusing paperwork, bad information, and scams when buying, refinancing, or trying to keep their homes.

That’s why I introduced the bipartisan VA Home Loan Navigator Act. My bill would connect veterans with free, trusted housing counselors who can guide them through the entire process.

Our veterans earned these benefits through their service. As your Member of Congress, I am fighting to make sure those benefits actually work for them.
