Make sure you can vote early in 2020!

Hi Friend --

Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have struggled at times to remember what day it is. So it’s no surprise that September snuck up on me. With less than two months until the election that will decide the fate of our country for another four years (no pressure or anything), let’s make sure that requesting our ballots doesn’t sneak up on us either.

Despite what Trump says (or tweets), voting by mail is still a good way to cast your ballot and keep everyone safe and healthy. And in order to get your ballot mailed in time to be counted, the sooner you request it the better.

District of Columbia is going to start sending out mail-in ballots in the coming weeks. If you want to get yours as soon as possible, which you definitely do, click here to request your ballot today!

REQUEST YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT

We know that in the best of times, the postal service can be delayed in getting things to where they need to go (it’s not called snail mail for nothing). But we’re expecting delays this election cycle. That’s why we need to do our part by requesting an absentee ballot as soon as possible.

There’s no time like the present. Take a few minutes to request your mail-in ballot.

Vote early!
