Friends,

We've entered a terrifying time. It's up to us to make sure this doesn't become the new normal.

Just this past weekend, Hurricane Dorian stalled over the Bahamas, causing unprecedented damage. Here in Boston, fascists paraded downtown, spreading their violent rhetoric.

There is no doubt that the climate crisis will exacerbate existing crises, from poverty to racism. Our movement must unite to oppose all forms of oppression as we fight for solutions to the climate crisis. An injury to one is an injury to all. Join me as we fight for a better future for all of us.

In solidarity,
Vignesh Ramachandran

** Charlie's Climate Catastrophe Tour
------------------------------------------------------------
The week after Sep 20's Global Climate Strike, we're taking our Gov. Charlie Baker puppet on tour to all the gas leaks, compressor stations, and train stations that he's never visited.

Host a stop on the tour! Charlie Baker is a climate failure. We need your help to expose him. Host an event in your community—a movie screening about the Merrimack Valley gas explosions, a rally near the biggest gas leak in town, or something else. Create your event here ([link removed]) and we'll help you do outreach. Contact [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) with any questions!

Charlie's Trip to Weymouth: We're kicking off Charlie's Climate Catastrophe Tour with a march to a place where Baker's never been. Join us as we take our Charlie Baker puppet from the State House to the proposed site of the dangerous compressor station in Weymouth! RSVP here ([link removed]) . Interested in planning? Sign up here ([link removed]) . Sun, Sep 22.
