Folks, Republicans like to talk about climate change as some far off, imaginary problem. But the reality is much darker, and it’s already at our doorstep.
We see it in the wildfires plaguing my community, the lack of water hurting our farmers, our air quality -- and in the health problems this all leaves behind, like my son’s asthma.
Out here in the Valley, we’re being told to stay inside because the air quality is so bad from the wildfires. We have to address this issue, for the health and longevity of our children, our society, and our planet.
It’s time our leaders stand up and take bold action -- our planet is paying the price for their partisan gridlock and inaction. Call on the Senate to address climate change immediately:
There’s no time to waste -- we just witnessed two hurricanes hit the Gulf Coast within days, and our country is being ravaged by fires.
Climate related natural disasters are causing millions of dollars of damage and killing people.
If our leaders delay action any longer, there is blood on their hands. Enough is enough.
Add your name to demand the Senate takes action to address climate change NOW:
Thank you,
Phil
