Earlier this year, ICE invaded Minnesota, kidnapping and killing our neighbors. One agent shot through Julio Sosa-Celis’ front door, lodging a bullet in his child’s bedroom wall after passing through Julio’s leg.

Minnesotans demand justice. We are ready to deliver it - we are willing to prosecute the ICE agents who shot and harmed our neighbors.

But Texas Governor Greg Abbott is refusing to extradite one of them. 

Today, we’re suing Greg Abbott to force Agent Castro’s extradition so he can face justice for what he’s done to our communities.

In Minnesota, no one is above the law, and no one is below it. 

Trump’s cronies have proved they will do anything to uphold his agenda. That’s why when powerful people try to place themselves or their allies above the law, Minnesota needs a People’s Lawyer who will act.

The fight for justice is long. I’m ready for it, but I need you by my side.

National Republicans are working overtime to flip Minnesota red, and replace me with someone who will uphold Trump’s agenda.
