Buying IPOs on day one is a terrible idea.

You know who gets rich off IPOs?

It’s not the regular investor.

It’s the guy or gal who got into the company long before they went public.

We’re talking about friends, family, founders and big Wall Street banks.

Not you.

Because you can’t get into these companies until they go public.

Most folks are excited to buy these stocks on the first day.

When they have no idea how bad of a deal it is …

Because typically, after six months, most day one investors lose money.

Don’t believe me?

Look at the numbers …

Cerebras, an unknown AI company, went public earlier this year …

And it surged on opening day.

<[link removed]>
Then … it went down 42% … In just six weeks.

There’s SpaceX …

The biggest IPO in history.

<[link removed]>
It recently went public amid massive fanfare …

And the stock soared …

But reality quickly settled in.

<[link removed]>
Just two weeks later, SpaceX shed nearly $1 trillion in market value.

Some of the biggest IPOs in history …

Were all down by the end of six months.

Take Uber, for example …

It had a lot of hype. People loved the stock.

<[link removed]>
Yet, after six months, it was down 40%.

Meta was another one.

Still called Facebook at the time of their 2012 IPO …

The stock was widely marketed leading up to day one.

<[link removed]>
But it was down nearly 50% after six months …

Remember Robinhood?

Everyone was excited about the online brokerage’s IPO … especially during the
meme stock era.

<[link removed]>
But the stock was down 85% in just five months.

<[link removed]>
Duolingo dropped 55% seven months after its public debut.

On and on I could go …

Here’s the thing, though …

I can show you how to get into the biggest IPO of the year …

And maybe in history.

Before the company goes public.

If analysts are right, you could potentially double your money or more on day
one.
