Growing up, I was a skinny kid. I played basketball in high school, but I was never any good. I couldn’t put muscle on to save my life. I was so skinny I could tread water in a garden hose!
So I picked books instead, I studied hard, and I worked even harder. And now, I’m in Congress. I expected to be surrounded by the best of the best, but it turns out most of us have two brain cells fighting for third place.
For too long, the American people have had to watch Congress flail around like a rat in a bucket of water or do nothing like a bump on a log. We either panic and make mistakes or do nothing at all.
I’m not here to get rich. I’m just here to get common sense back into politics. That’s why I work each and every day to fight for you.
