I cannot believe what I just learned:
My Republican opponent is running DESPICABLE ads attacking my character.
My opponent has sunk lower than ever before, slinging lies and insults my way to defeat me.
I’ve got thick skin -- but these nasty ads could jeopardize my shot to win.
They could cost us Democrats’ shot to defeat McConnell’s Republican Senate if we don’t respond.
I mean every word I’m about to say:
I’m fighting with every bone in my body to keep this critical seat in Democrats' hands.
