Hi John, it’s Emily, Pramila’s
campaign director.
I’ve been reviewing our fundraising numbers, and unfortunately, it looks
like we fell short of our $20,000 mid-month goal.
I know it’s not uncommon for fundraising to slow during the summer months,
but time is crucial — we are now less than three months away from Election
Day, and the window to make our case to voters is closing fast.
With so much at stake in this election, we simply cannot afford to lose
momentum. The other side is not resting, and neither can we. Every day
brings us closer to November, and every dollar we raise helps us reach
more voters, support our field organizers on the ground, help other
progressives across the country, and ensure our message is heard loud and
clear.
We've fought too hard and come too far to let a slow summer month throw us
off course. With your support, I know we can still close this gap,
re-elect Pramila, and send even more progressives to Congress this
November.
