Hi John,

When we talk about sexual health, we sometimes focus a lot on the medical side. Obviously that’s really important, but something key often doesn't get the attention it deserves: PLEASURE. We think pleasure (for everyone!) should be central to positive sexual experiences, and knowing how to pleasure yourself can be incredibly empowering – if it’s something you’re interested in doing.

That’s why to celebrate today’s World Sexual Health Day, we’ve written some guides to masturbation that you or someone you know might want to read – take a look and share with your friends!

Whether you want to know if masturbation is safe, which areas of the body you can focus on, or what products might enhance your experience, we’ve covered it! The only thing we hope you enjoy more than reading these guides is putting them into practice ;)

You’re welcome,

The IPPF Team

P.S. We'd love it if you supported our work...
