Your nomination will help our most talented students receive the invaluable recognition they need to launch their careers.
ISI has selected a distinguished committee of professional journalists to choose the winners of the Individual Award categories:
Daniel McCarthy: Distinguished Fellow in Conservative Thought at the Heritage Foundation, Editor-in-Chief of Modern Age, and columnist for The Spectator.
Christopher Caldwell: American journalist, author, and contributing editor at The Claremont Review of Books.
Gabby Orr: Vice President at CRC Advisors; previously White House reporter at The Washington Examiner and national political correspondent for Politico and CNN.
Brandon McGinley: Columnist at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and author of The Prodigal Church: Restoring Catholic Tradition in an Age of Deception (2020).
These four judges bring real newsroom experience and professional credibility to the awards. Their endorsement carries weight, giving award recipients a meaningful edge as they launch their careers.
