John,

It’s been a wonderful summer on the campaign trail, and some of my favorite stops are the festivals that bring communities together all across the state.

From the Moxie Festival in Lisbon Falls to the Potato Blossom Festival in Fort Fairfield, the Maine Lobster Festival in Rockland to this weekend’s Blueberry Festival in Machias, seeing Mainers celebrate what makes our state unique is one of the things I really love about our state!

I’m running for governor because I believe in showing up in every part of Maine and listening. People care deeply about their communities and they want a leader who will partner with them - and fight for them.

There are so many unique communities and regions of Maine but we have a lot in common. All across Maine, people are grappling with unaffordable health insurance, they are worried about rising property tax bills, and whether they can find housing and childcare that allows their family to stay in Maine. These worries have shaped our bold plans to make a difference - lowering costs and creating a future where everyone can afford to stay.

As we enter the final 80 days of this campaign, I’ll continue to travel the state, listen, and talk about the opportunities we have to move our state forward and protect what we love about our state, especially as President Trump’s actions threaten Maine and our future.

We couldn’t have come this far without your support, and I am so grateful. We are now in a must-win election. As we head into the next phase of this race, every bit of support will help us buy signs and literature, support our staff, and run television and digital ads as we get closer and closer to Election Day to get our message out.

So, John, will you chip in $10, or whatever you can, to help us reach tonight’s mid-month fundraising goal and keep our momentum going over the final 80 days of this campaign?
