Eugene here. I wanted to send you a quick note if you have a minute.

Today marks the halfway point towards our quarterly fundraising deadline — our first deadline since entering the general election — and truthfully, things aren't looking good. We’re pacing significantly behind our goals and aren't where we need to be to stay on track with our budget.

Normally I wouldn't worry about us catching up, but since we’re officially in the general election and my MAGA opponent has dark money super PACs on his side, I’m concerned.

I trust this grassroots team to step up and help us hit our goals before the end of the month. But I also know that we don’t have time to fall behind, even for a day. So it’s crucial we try to catch up as soon as possible.

Day by day, holding onto this seat is becoming more important. Trump is destroying our democracy, our economy for working people, and even sacrificing the lives of our service members abroad to fuel his war of ego.

We can't slow down for even a second because winning back the House majority has never been more critical. Our country cannot take another two years of dysfunctional, anti-democracy Republicans in charge. And our district is in the path to taking back the House.

So, every dollar we raise from here on out goes toward running ads that will mobilize and persuade swing voters to show up for us. And it starts with hitting our mid-month fundraising goals at midnight tonight. But we can’t do it without your support.
