The Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program, which passed as part of the Inflation Reduction Act signed by President Biden, is one of the most popular policies in America, transcending party lines. The overwhelming majority of voters want it strengthened to bring costs down, not weakened to further drive up the wealth of Pharma Executives.
Prices have been lowered for 25 common prescriptions, but Big Pharma corporations are spending a fortune on lobbyists to get the U.S. government to block progress and protect their profits.
