Election observers to Kyrgyzstan’s parliamentary elections will hold opening press conference on Monday BISHKEK, 4 September 2020 – Observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) will hold a press conference on the opening of the observation mission to the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan on Monday, 7 September.
